Our Design Gallery is where you will personalize your home from start to finish. Our showroom incorporates all aspects of choosing your selections into one place. Unlike purchases from the major home improvement chains, you can include the cost of your added features in your mortgage.

2. What Can I Expect from the Design Gallery?

Our Design Gallery focuses on providing exceptional customer service and allows you to personalize your home. We have professional Gallery Design Consultants who help you select options to fit your individual needs. Our process allows you to create the home of your dreams with a variety of options to choose from.

3. What Options Can I Choose From?

Starting from the important features, to the smallest details, at our Design Gallery you will find thousands of choices and options. We are proud to offer many well known brands that add quality and value to your new home. Among many other choices, the most common decisions surround:

  • Cabinetry Wall & floor tiles
  • Sinks and faucets Carpet
  • Wall paint colours Lighting
  • Hardwood flooring

4. Do I Need to Decide on Everything?

Yes, following this appointment all of the ordering of materials for your home begins. View your options before your actual appointment as all of your decisions should be made at this time.

5. What About the Appliances?

Installation of selected appliances can be arranged through the Design Gallery during your Selection Appointment. We require about four weeks notice prior to closing to arrange for installation. If you choose not to purchase this service, your appliances will still be delivered, but not installed. Appliance deliveries are arranged through head office and are usually scheduled for delivery a day or two after closing.
